Move over, Wordle? LinkedIn is expanding on its social media-like nature, now offering three online games to its users.
Its new games page has three options – Pinpoint, Crossclimb, and Queens – that first-degree connections can play together or individuals can try themselves. The company is marketing these games as a way to "compete with your connections, spark conversations, and break the ice".
SEE ALSO: How to see who viewed your LinkedIn profile"Turns out, one of the best ways to deepen and reignite relationships at work is simply by having fun together," the page reads.
The games vary. Pinpoint, the most Wordle-like of the three, is a word-association game; Crossclimb is a trivia ladder which is "inspired by a mini crossword"; and Queens is a logic-oriented game on a grid.
LinkedIn appears to be reinventing itself, even offering a TikTok-like vertical video feed. It's not yet clear how these changes are going down with its user base, but it seems like the platform is trying to offer more than just networking.
